Bill Brewster and Frank Broughton have made quite a career documenting the keystone moments in the past half a century of dance music and the star players that made it happen. If you liked their other book "Last Night A DJ Saved My Life" you'll love this one. 480 pages of candid, revealing interviews from over 50 of dance music's important contributors (Francois K, Tom Moulton, Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, Afrika Bambaata, Kool Herc, Derrick Carter, and Jeff Mills just to name a few). I believe a lot of these interviews is what fueled a lot of the stories behind their other book, but now you get to enjoy the behind-the-scenes takes as well. Highly recommended reading for any music enthusiast, especially the DJ!Price: $16.95
